Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 technologies? As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you’ll play a central role in designing and delivering modern workplace solutions that drive productivity, innovation, and collaboration for our clients.
In this client-facing role, you’ll bring deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—including Copilot for Microsoft 365—to shape transformative digital experiences. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions that are secure, scalable, and user-focused.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and On-Premises, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Viva, and the wider Office 365 suite
Guide clients on the adoption and optimisation of Copilot for Microsoft 365, including configuration and integration across business functions
Translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions using Microsoft best practices and governance models
Design and implement secure, compliant information architectures leveraging Microsoft Purview and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Support user adoption and change initiatives, including stakeholder training, workshops, and enablement content
Contribute to the scoping and development of proposals, statements of work, and delivery roadmaps
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge sharing
You'll also:
Lead or support Copilot Studio engagements, helping clients build custom AI-powered experiences
Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities and advise clients on future-readiness and innovation opportunities
Play a role in pre-sales, including solution demos, technical discovery, and responding to RFPs
Here's what we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 workplace solutions in consultancy or enterprise environments
Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and On-Premises, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Viva, and the wider Office 365 suite
Strong knowledge and delivery experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Copilot readiness strategies
Practical understanding of Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Entra Connect Sync
Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-700, MS-102, PL-200, SC-300) or commitment to obtaining relevant qualifications
Bonus points:
Experience with Copilot Studio or low-code AI development using Microsoft tools
Power Platform delivery experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Involvement in Microsoft-funded programmes (e.g. MCI, ECIF)
Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or modern development methods
Background in business change and adoption initiatives
